Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to manage all digital channels to drive sales growth to the business. This is a very important hands on role, you will be responsible for all digital channels, including Paid Social, Affiliates, Display, and will have an integral role in the trading and sales growth onsite.

The role is carried out in support of the overall marketing strategy which you may also need to assist with. You’ll need to work closely with the team and agencies to ensure the activity is working towards key KPIs of driving traffic & sales growth and new customer acquisition, whilst maintaining a positive return on investment. 
 

TASKS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop the digital marketing strategy across all performance channels: 

  • Work closely with the external agencies to drive traffic & Google Shopping strategy.
  • Paid Social – manage advertising campaigns across facebook, Instagram, snapchat, developing clear audience and creative strategies to deliver maximum and the most efficient return.

  • Affiliates – Manage the affiliate programme including recruitment and activation of new publishers and proactively managing relationships with key affiliate partners ensuring long term partnerships are fully optimised.

  • Display – working alongside display network to define strategy to acquire new customers and also retain existing in the most effective way.

  • Planning and management of the marketing budget including forecasting and post campaign analysis

  • Recruitment, management and motivation of the team including objective and KPI setting

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively execute against set KPI’s

  • Pioneer and develop new digital marketing initiatives in technology to drive brand awareness, sales and acquisition

  • Working closely with merchandising & trading teams to build a customer communication and trading plan

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience of working for a fashion brand with exposure to ecommerce

  • Experience across all social platforms

  • Use of Analytics tools

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment

  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills

  • Experienced use of Microsoft office

  • Passion for marketing, fashion and achieving as a team

  • Determination to succeed in a high pressure environment

  • You should be highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
