Where is my Order? 
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order notification letting you know we have received your order.

When your order has been shipped a notification will be sent to you confirming your order is on its way. When your UK order is with the carrier, the carrier will send you notifications to let you know when they will deliver this to you.

How do I return my order?
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Can I cancel my Order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped but, you can return this at your cost.

Can I exchange my item?
We are not offering exchanges at the moment, but you can return your items and order again, your refund will be processed in line with our refund policy.

How can I track my item?
A shipping tracking number, will automatically be sent out to your email you ordered through with a tracking number.
